The Turning Mark allows the perfect and repetitive marking of plastic and metal parts, thanks to the UV technology and the possibility to mark in 3D on a wide area of 330x330mm.<\/p>\n<p>The pneumatic rotary table guarantees perfect repeatability of precision marking, on high production volumes. The machine works in masked time: while the operator is busy loading and unloading parts, the machine marks the parts inside the machine. It is thus possible to mark logos, barcode and alphanumeric datamatrix, so as to guarantee the traceability of the marked parts, in an Industry 4.0 perspective.<\/p>\n<p>The structure is made of Alutec aluminium profiles, in particular 45&#215;90, 45&#215;45, 30&#215;30, and is covered with Alubond panels. The laser moves vertically automatically by selecting the marking program (e.g. by reading the production batch barcode); movement is guaranteed by an Alutec axle and relative guides and recirculating skids.<\/p>\n<p>The project, which is the result of the collaboration between Alutec and Mancini Enterprise, exploits the Keyence first level laser source.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>        <img
