Transporting and assembling aluminium ladders
This application is dedicated to automating the process of transporting and assembling aluminium ladders.
The operator loads the pieces by hand into the specially designed cradles with rubber support on the sides and polythene on the bottom (30 in total on each side) to protect the product from any contact that could scratch it.
This automation will be integrated with the user’s final automation.
In this case ALutec designed and manufactured the handling system, and the gripper is also part of ALutec’s know-how.
