The 4-axis Robot Palletiser is a compact and reliable solution with a small footprint and a 360° working area. It can work on several palletising or depalletising lines at the same time, and by using a single pick-up gripper it guarantees the required capacity and is able to meet multiple layout requirements.
Palletising patterns are created using a touch screen operating panel, and work programmes can be modified and created with extreme ease by the operator. The construction solution gives the robotic palletiser its special characteristics:
- Possibility of palletising from several pick-up points with products from different lines.
- Possibility of palletising also on pallets directly placed on the ground.
- Extremely reduced overall dimensions, which allow installation even in production areas where it would be impossible to position another type of palletiser.
