Per un cliente che si occupa di automazione industriale abbiamo realizzato un sistema di trasporto per pallet 600x400x1200 con l’integrazione di una tavola rotante atta a gestire dei Rotori elettrici.

L’applicazione verrà implementata da parte del nostro cliente, con dei manipolatori robotici che andranno a spostare il prodotto, prima su un sistema bilanciatore e in un sencondo momento su una stazione di identificazione e test.

For a industrial automation Company, we have developed a conveyor system for pallets 600x400x1200mm with the integration of a rotary table capable of managing electric rotors.

The application will be implemented by our customer with robotic manipulators that will move the product, first on a balancing system and later on an identification and testing station.

Based on our customer’s requirements, we have produced a WRA500 model robot with custom mechanical protection,

cartridge with quick release for easy changeover and magnetic sensor to prevent emptying before the end of machining.

At the customer’s request, we also remotely controlled the functions of the pneumatic system on the front control panel:

Manometer
Pressure reducer
Air opening/closing tap

Product handling stations

We have built 2 product handling stations, a roller conveyor carrying plywood sheets

integrated with a belt system for product movement.

The System is composed of belts with aluminium structure with pneumatic lifting

The unit is driven by a single worm gear motor.

Motorised Aluflex conveyor belt built with white polyethylene chain, suitable for conveying coffee capsules with a 90 degree bend and white side guides for product containment

Fixed and wheeled workstation

The two transport stations were built with 3/8 triple chain on a heavy Alutec profile frame 90×90, suitable for supporting the steel pallets that will carry motors of 400/500kg.

The wheeled station will contain a set of batteries to power the other stations independently.

The fixed station is equipped with mechanical stoppers moved by electric cylinders, to lock the pallet and allow the robot to perform the programmed machining.
