Conveyor belt in acetal resin chain

Laser marking machine BancoMark

We consolidate the partnership with Mancini Enterprise by introducing the laser marking machine “BancoMark”.
The solid structure in Alutec aluminium profiles, combined with the lightness of the panels and the carbon fibre door allow to obtain a robust machine, and adapted to production requirements, ant aesthetically excellent.
Bankomark houses the new Keyence MD-X 2000 series laser, with a 330x330mm working area and vision system for automatic focusing over the entire working area, for position alignment and 3D surface recognition, it is suitable for marking on plastics and metals.
The machine is in line with the optical 4.0 standard.

Motorised conveyor with antistatic chain

New solution ready for delivery, this is a motorised  conveyor with antistatic chain, made using the 86 mm channel of our ALuflex line.
The special feature of this solution is the use of black antistatic chain and guides as required by the customer’s specifications.
The system is made up of two pieces of line, which are then assembled together. The first one 3.5 m long with a 180° curve and 5° inclined side and the other 2 m long with a double line.

Transporting and assembling aluminium ladders

This application is dedicated to automating the process of transporting and assembling aluminium ladders. 
The operator loads the pieces by hand into the specially designed cradles with rubber support on the sides and polythene on the bottom (30 in total on each side) to protect the product from any contact that could scratch it. 
This automation will be integrated with the user’s final automation.
In this case ALutec designed and manufactured the handling system, and the gripper is also part of ALutec’s know-how.

Conveyor belt for rolls

For a customer who designs, develops and manufactures automated production of automatic lines for the paper industry, we have developed a Conveyor belt for rolls, capable of rotating in 4 different positions and deposit the piece in the continuation of a dedicated line.

The belt was totally built with Alutec profiles (104545, 104590,103290, 104593), pneumatic parts and guides with recirculating ball bearings to guide it in rotation to guide it in rotation. The motorisation is central, the side rails are made of galvanised sheet metal. galvanised sheet metal.

PVC carpet tapes

For one of our customers, we made 5 twin tapes with the upper part made of PVC belt, while the lower part is composed of idle rollers to facilitate feeding.

To automate the system, we inserted an independent belt with a pneumatic system with a pneumatic system which receives the workpiece arriving from the upper conveyor the upper belt, which, when lowered, reverses direction to move the product in the part below.
