ALUFLEX CONVEYOR BELT

For a German company active in the field and packaging technology’s process, we manufactured an Aluflex conveyor line, made of anodised aluminium profile with acetal resin chain L=304 mm.

• The belt complete with Chiaravalli-type worm gear motor, lateral product containment guides and a support structure that can be fixed to the floor, will be integrated with the customer’s packaging machine.
Everything is ready for final testing and then packaging.

Curved Conveyors chain in 180° Degree Configuration

We assembled several Curved Conveyors chain in 180 Degree Configuration for a International customer leader on food industry, we have used Acetylene chain of channel 127, with small extensions and transfers on both sides.The customer downloaded the technical drawings from our website and in collaboration with our technical department we have studied the best solution,
Shortly afterwards, the required curves were immediately put into production.
Our customer’s initiative, the speed of our technical department and the availability of material made it possible to deliver the finished product very quickly

Progettiamo e realizziamo Robot cartesiani Gantry 3/4 Assi custom con sistema di motion control e software proprietario.

Questo Gantry ha un’area di lavoro 800x1000x145, realizzato per un cliente del settore Automotive che verrà terminato con sistema di dosatura a doppia valvola per la dispensazione di colla.
